Welcome to Red Hyssop Bible College

    Welcome! Red Hyssop Bible College will be a tuition free Bible college designed to keep costs as close to zero as possible for students wishing to earn a Bachelor degree in Bible. Graduate level study is not currently available but is planned for in the future.

    All courses may be started at any time during the year and may be accomplished at each person’s individual rate. There is no minimum or maximum amount of time for any course of instruction. It is not necessary to be registered in a degree program. Any and all are welcome to study any of these courses. There is no charge for tuition. Text materials will be kept at a minimum to keep costs as reasonable as possible. When possible, texts for courses of instruction will be written by the professor teaching the course and will be provided at no additional cost.

Two degree offerings are currently planned, each requiring 120 credit hours.  They are: 

Bachelor Degree in Bible - Pastoral Emphasis 

Bachelor Degree in Bible - Missions Emphasis

To Whom It May Concern:

     Red Hyssop Bible College is currently being created to serve the peoples of the world that cannot afford a traditional college education in Bible. This letter provides some basic information concerning this effort in the hopes that those reading it may consider assisting with this effort in whatever way the Lord Jesus Christ would lead them. Please, review the information provided below and prayerfully consider if perhaps you or your organization would be interested in helping to get this effort up and running. Purpose:  Red Hyssop Bible College will exist to teach the world about God the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ and the Word of God through an offering of tuition and material free education to all that wish to learn, and spread the Gospel of salvation through the shed blood and resurrection of Jesus Christ to the entire world.

General information:

1.) All material will be taught via oral, oral and video, and written methods, online and free to all that wish to learn. Course instruction is currently being targeted to begin fall of 2026.

2.) All peoples of the one thousand or so major languages will be able to participate in the instruction through smartphone translation software or other dedicated translation devices. As the number of languages that are available for translation through these two means increases more people groups will be able to gain access to this free instruction.

3.) Those who would be interested in assisting with the instruction or some other aspect of administrative needs are encouraged to do so in writing via email or regular mail. All replies will be kept fully confidential and will be responded to as quickly as possible. It must be understood that not all offers will be accepted and there is no certainty of any monetary remuneration. It is expected that all offers would be in service to the Lord Jesus Christ, but, just the same, as funds are made available proper remuneration will be provided.
